City Compass
Are you standing on a train platform and wondering which way is Paris? Are you in a new hotel and wondering where home is? Are you in New York, wondering where the closest subway stops are? Do you have City Compass installed? City Compass gives you a clever way of seeing your nearest cities, as well as where the other big cities of the world are.
No Internet access required to use City Compass! You do have to have either your phone, WiFi or GPS on for the device to tell where you are.
The compass on iPhones is not the greatest (you can verify by seeing how Maps line up with reality). City Compass will give you better accuracy if you're moving, based on the direction indicator. Turn on "Direction of Travel Always Up" to take best advantage of this.
Try it out. It’s free and fun!
