iSmeralda - Beaches of Sardinia

Born in May of 2010, iSmeralda is the first application dedicated to Sardinia, a simple guide, fast and intuitive.
With over 3,000 records and more than 900 images, the application it's a container of data collected directly on the spot, easy to use, designed and structured to provide information with few "taps".

Starting from the Costa Smeralda, this guide will grow continuously to cover the entire territory of Gallura and Sardinia, becoming for people a comprehensive and constantly updated source of information to better enjoy the wonders of this island, as the 260 most popular beaches and a must-see for the whole island, with GPS tracking and subdivision for areas.

The application also works offline, guide the user in search of any service or trade with detailed descriptions with images, maps, GPS navigation, e-mail, web links and phone calls directly.

Designed and developed by ICS and TowerTech, iSmeralda is the first guide, along with other applications of ICS, was made with actual data collected directly in the region and is continually updated to provide you with a useful and accurate service.

INFORMATIONS:

- Our applications are supported and followed by professionals residing in the territory in order to have more real information, timely and targeted.

- Data collection manual on the territory, being more accurate and detailed, our guide takes longer to develop than the guides who are accessing prepackaged database.

- The sort of activity or places is based on these three parameters:
1 - amount of information and images contained in the descriptions;
2 - distance from the user;
3 - in alphabetical order on the localities where there are no GPS coordinates.
