What's this summit called? How high is that mountain? The brand new application for the Hohe Tauern National Park has got the answer.

It's so easy to make sense of the mountain panorama:
Download the app, launch, point your mobile in the direction of a mountain and your iphone will reveal the details about that summit. The app can supply in brief and with accuracy information on all mountain summits and mountain huts in the Hohe Tauern National Park and beyond (as far as Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, the city of Salzburg).

Depending on the angle of the closest and most prominent peaks automatically be displayed without overlap. To retrieve the name of distant peaks, the distance of an adaptive distance control can be set.

Personal settings for the app:
The settings are located in the "Settings" app on the iPhone. There you can change for example the maximum range.
