Some places may be known, but most of them are well kept secrets known only to romans (and not even to all of them). You probably won't find them in your usual travel guide.

You can browse or search them, or find the ones closer to you.
With just one tap you can call, visit their web site or locate them on the map; or you can get directions through Google Maps. And, if you have Navigon Europe or Italy, you can automatically start the navigation!
No roaming fees: all the data is stored in the app, no network connection is not required (except for map localization, and obviously web browsing).
Your visit in Rome will be deeper and more authentic, as you'll do as the Romans do!
