The SHOUTcast™ Radio Directory features over 37,000 online radio stations across 23 genres and over 300 sub-genres from around the world. A consumer can search for online radio stations by genre such as Rock, Jazz, Bollywood, Latin and Talk, or by language such as French, German, Swahili and Portuguese. Each station is programmed by either professional, community, or hobbyist broadcasters.
“Clock Radio” works even when your iPhone / iPod Touch is locked or in sleep mode. Internet connection (WiFi / 3G / GPRS / EDGE) is required for internet radio. A standard alarm will be played if no connection is available.
Hint: Battery consumption is lowest when your iPhone/iPod Touch is set to sleep mode
Warning: Listening to internet radio stations without WiFi connection may cause excessive data transfer volume!
