AppRankings
Whether you are a developer anxiously watching your app sales, or just a fan with favorite apps you like to track, AppRankings gives you the quickest way to follow the App Store Top 100 rankings for multiple iphone apps.
Simply search by app name, developer, or keywords to find an app, then add it to the tracking list in any of the App Store categories or countries. The app's ranking in the category's Top 100 will then automatically be retrieved. You can track as many different apps in any categories or countries as you want, both paid and free. Refresh the list as often as you like, and movement up or down in rankings for each app tracked is shown. A full history is also saved that you can graphically view rankings over time.
Features include:
- Track an unlimited number of apps.
- Track an app in any App Store category (including All Apps, All Games, and Top Grossing) or country.
- Track both paid and free apps.
- Display a graphical history of each tracked app, going back to the first time you began tracking. Touch anywhere on the line graph to see the exact ranking at that point.
- Easily track the same app in several different countries or categories, with the "clone" function.
- Tap on an app icon in the rankings detail screen to go straight to that app in the App Store.
- Rearrange the list of apps into any order. Group apps into categories by name, country, or category. Even have the groups or full list automatically sort with highest rankings to the top.
- Back up your rankings data using SyncDocs (a free client for Mac & PC) or email, into an editable .csv text file. You can import/restore this file if you lose data or move to another phone.
- Export rankings data via email.

NOTES - An internet connection (Edge, 3G or Wifi) is required to add new apps to track and to retrieve rankings. Rankings are for the Top 100 in each category (no rankings can be given outside 100). History can be viewed without a connection, but history is only available from the time you first start tracking an app.
TROUBLE GETTING A RANKING? Make sure you have the proper category, country AND paid/free status selected. If you are tracking a free app in the top 100 and mark it as paid, it won't be found (or vice versa). Still can't get it to work? Email us, we'll figure it out!

- Moved startup loading of data to the background, to prevent OS from shutting down AppRankings prematurely when loading large data sets
- Fixed a bug that could cause a crash when adding certain apps to track
- Fixed a bug in export for app names with odd characters (™, ®, etc)
- Fixed a bug exporting apps names that contain commas
- Much more robust importing code, should now handle .csv files that have been edited in Excel
