AstroCalc

As a handy tool for the telescope user, we present this iPhone calculator, which will compute the values of a number of paramaters for any telescope & eyepiece combinations you enter.

It starts off with some basic information every telescope user should know for their equipment, and continues into some more complex calculations.

-Magnification, true field, field transit time.
-Exit pupil, equivalences between telescope and your eyes
-Max. resolution, limit magnitude, Dawes limit
-Optimun magnification range, Airy disk, etc...

Developed for Astro Henares and based on the Naperville Astronomical Assication Telescope Calculator.
