Cell Hole

Frustrated with gaps in coverage and dropped calls?  Annoyed that you can’t make a call, text, instant message, visit your social network, play your favorite game, find a restaurant, view movie schedules, or get travel directions?

You’re in a Cell Hole. 

Express yourself by telling your provider “I’m in a cell hole!” or write your own message.  Simply run “Cell Hole” whenever you have weak signal, inadequate coverage, or your call is dropped and your provider will be sent the location of the network problem.  If the location can’t be sent immediately due to poor network connectivity, the location will be saved until the next time the application is run with proper coverage.  All cell hole reports are anonymous.

Reporting your coverage problem takes only a few seconds so you can quickly redial your last call.  Thanks to GPS and other iPhone location technologies provided by Apple, bad wireless signal is a problem we can all help fix.

Report cell holes often and repeatedly.  Each complaint is a vote for a fix.
