This is a very handy utility for anyone who does instruction in fields that have various types of costs between classes. This calculator handles costs “per Student”, “per class” and “per year”. You’ll be able to get an accurate cost per student based on the number of students for your course.

Keep track of multiple courses that you teach, the classes under those courses and the students in those classes.

Enter in the different types of costs for running the courses and add any specific class costs.

You'll be given the exact cost per student (based on the number of students you specify) so you can give an accurate tuition cost and determine your profit from the outset.

In addition there is a screen that can give you a breakdown based on several different class sizes so you can see at a glance how the cost is affected as the class room size changes.
