Connect solves one of the most frustrating problems in life: phone trees.

Don't you hate calling a toll free number and having to navigate through a maze of options just to get an operator or to a particular department?

Connect is the simplest way to get to where you want when dialing a toll free number. Want an operator? Just push 1 button, and you’ll be connected. Want to speak to a sales rep? Just press 1 button. Need to speak to someone about returns, exchanges and refunds? Just press a single button and you’re there.

Connect works by dialing your selected toll-free number and then automatically sending a string of tones to get the requested department without any hassle.

The Connect app has integrated phone tree maps of almost 1000 of the most popular companies in the USA and Canada. There are some popular UK numbers in there also, with more on the way. Using these maps, Connect is able to get you immediate and automatic access to the department you require with the press of a button!

We encourage you to join our support community and submit suggestions for new usages, correction and/or any new features you would like. If you have a toll-free number that really frustrates you, let us know and we will add it to the database.

PLEASE NOTE: Our next version update will include an auto-update feature so that you will automatically get the latest company and phone list each time you use the app. This will solve issues caused by companies updating the phone tree systems. Your feedback is very valuable in helping us to ensure that our integrated phone tree and menu system is up to date and effective.
