ConvertPro is a programmable conversion utility that can convert anything to anything using mathematical formulae or conversion factors.

Conversions are grouped by categories. You can change the order of categories so your most used ones are at the top of the list. You can also rename or delete categories.

Within each category you can add, edit or delete units. Each unit consists of a formula or factor to convert to/from it and other units in the same category. You can rearrange the order of units in each category.

When entering values to be converted you can enter numbers or a formula. Functions that can be used in formula are:

abs, acos, asin, atan, cos, deg, exp, fact, int, ln, log, rad, sin, sqrt, tan, date, day, days, month, now, week, year, pi, e, ^ * / + - < > = ( )

As well as day to day conversions such as lengths, areas etc using formulae you can create categories to give results of things like combinations/permutations, number of days to xmas, VAT calculations, table of musical frequencies, anything which can be expressed from a formula. A sample built in category will tell you which of 2 items is the best value given the price and weight/quantity of each item.

Built in categories include lengths, weights, temperature, speed, acceleration, permutations, areas, circles, volume (UK and US), time, energy, power, pressure, angle + more.

What's new

Fixed errors in some volume and acceleration conversion calculations. Added button in conversions view to switch between list view and shortened view which shows 2 units selectable from a scroll wheel picker. Each category remembers the view last used independently.

Fixed issue where some categories didn't remember values correctly when returning to that category. Fixed issue with some conversions not showing formula when editing and fixed problem renaming some units not updating related formulae.

Various bug fixes and improvements.
