DC 311
We gave a new spin to the 311 services provided by the District of Columbia. We made them social and integrated with famous sites, such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. How does it change things? Now you can let the state government know about various issues (from potholes to tree trimming), so the right people will fix it right away.
You can keep track of the issues you submitted and see what you do for the city. And finally you will be recognized by DC residents and could appear in the Hall of Fame, where the most active and attentive residents are displayed for all to know.
