There are 6 types:
URL: You can enter any URL directly. In addition to built-in schemes such as http:// , https:// , emailto:, tel: , and sms: , you can use any scheme, for examples, tweetie: from Tweetie.
Email: Launch Mail application with the given email address.
Phone: Launch Phone application with the given phone number (iPhone only).
Text: Launch Messages application with the given phone number (iPhone only).
Web: Launch Safari application with the given web address (http).
Secure Web: Launch Safari application with the given web address (https).

Tap "Contacts" button to choose from Contacts.
Tap "Clear" button to clear what you typed.
Tap "Done" button once you've done.

You can set the link at Settings once you entered the link. In order to reset, please clear URL text field and launch the application again.
