E-Mail Ringer brings ringtones to your email. You can set up customized ringtones so that your iPhone© or iPod Touch© with speakers will ring differently based on who is sending you email.

Ringtones can be setup for a single sender email address or for an entire domain.

You can choose to be notified of all emails or only of emails from specific senders. This prevents ringing on receiving unwanted emails.

E-Mail Ringer works regardless of whether your email server is capable of "Push" delivery or not.

Please note this is not an email reader or sender. It is only an email "Notifier".

More than 80 email ringtones are included.

The E-Mail Ringer application works by knowing that you have received an email, so that it can produce a ring. This is accomplished by you forwarding a copy of your emails to a provided email address. You can forward a copy of the entire message or just the headers. Forwarded emails are immediately deleted upon receipt and are used only to provide you with the ringtone.
