Nato and Western Union Alphabet
The NATO and Western Union alphabet will help you to spell out words clearly when speaking over the phone or any other situation when it is important to get it right.
How often are we not stalled when trying to exactly spell your name over a poor phone line... M sounds like N, P mixes with B etc. Maybe the support is not in your country adding problem with different pronunciation.
I often end up saying "Micro Soft Operating System" when Im trying to spell my ID (well part of it) and I feel weird every time...
The NATO alphabet has its origin from military communication, and if you think this sounds a bit harsh in normal business, why not use the Western Union variant instead.
