You need to install "iMouse Server" on your PC.
You can get it from here:

On the PC: server -
1. Please don't forget to open the PORT (default 2000) if you're using the FIREWALL.
2. Run "iMouse Server"
3. Make sure the PORT#
4. Click "Run" button

On the iPhone, iPod and iPad: client -
1. Run "iMouse" app
2. Click "Settings" page on the iMouse
3. Find the server's ip address
4. Update the server's ip address and port# on the "Settings" page
5. Click "Done" button
6. Close the iMouse completely
7. Restart "iMouse" app

A Tip on the "Mouse" page,
there are 3 buttons:
from Left,
1st: Mouse Left Click
2nd: Mouse Wheel
3rd: Mouse Right Click
