Magnifying Glass Lite is a convenient, fun, easy-to-use digital magnifying glass. This utility lets you access the real-time images coming from the iPhone camera and zoom-in on an object to get a better look at it. Magnifying Glass Lite is also a fully functional zoomable camera!
With the new update, you can manually set focus, flash, white balance, and exposure settings on the iPhone 4 camera.

Turn the iPhone 4 torch on and off
Magnifying Glass Lite is upgradeable so you can add several more features and enhancements. With the upgrade, you can manipulate the live images coming from the camera by rotating them in any fashion you would like (for instance, you can read that upside-down menu without having to turn the menu around). You can also freeze the live image coming from the camera and examine it in higher resolution. To help reduce image blur, an accelerometer-assisted image capture mode is available to help ensure the iPhone is steady when an image is frozen. After an image is frozen, a filter can then be applied to improve the visibility of some image details in non-optimal lighting situations. Finally, if you have an iPhone 4, you can switch between the front and back cameras.
Magnifying Glass Lite upgrade adds the following features:
Rotation of the real-time images coming from the camera
Ability to freeze and enhance the live image
Accelerometer-assisted image capture to reduce image blur
A contrast filter to help improve image details in non-optimal lighting situations
Switch between the front and back cameras on the iPhone 4
Based on feedback from you, Magnifying Glass Lite now saves the zoomed-in image when you take a picture. Magnifying Glass Lite is designed for the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 and requires iOS 4.1 or better.
While Magnifying Glass Lite will run on the iPhone 3G and the 4th generation iPod Touch, it will not perform very well. Neither of these has a self-focusing camera or as high a resolution camera as the latest iPhones.
