PointCode
PointCode is a utility for telecommunication switching engineers. It allows to convert ITU Signalling System (also known as C7 or SS7) MTP3 Point Codes from and into a variety of display formats. Some switches want it in hex, some in decimal, some in the standard 3bits-8bits-3bits writing etc. Internally point codes are always a 14 bit number but if your other side says, his pointcode is 1-2-1 but your input mask accepts hexadecimal writing, this utility comes handy to convert.
