Resistulator

What would a resistor value calculator look like if it were thought through — made a breeze to use, yet also helpful for learning the color code? We collaborated with designer Nicholas Zambetti to find out.

Resistulator displays the stated resistance of both standard and precision resistors as you set each band's color with a tap. A preference is provided if you'd like to be shown the terse value description used in many areas of the world.

Even when you end up able to read resistors faster than you can pull a phone out of your pocket, you won't regret easing yourself into one of the many skills used in electronics work (and play)!
