Sensor Data - Device Information w/ GPS
Sensor Data is an information center that takes everything your iPhone or iPod measures and displays it on an easy to read screen!
The data can be used for an unlimited amount of tasks, or just be there to show off. I personally use the information Sensor Data displays to develop all of my applications!
Information Displayed:
-Orientation of the device
-Latitude, Longitude, and Altitude from the GPS sensor* along with data accuracy values
-Current, minimum, maximum, and average values for X, Y, and Z acceleration
-Device Type and Operating System version
-Unique ID of the device
*Only the iPhone 3G uses GPS to obtain location. Hence, if you are using the iPod touch or first generation iPhone, altitude information will remain at the default value of 0 and -1 for accuracy. iPod touch devices require a WiFi connection for location information.
What's new
-Now supports Face Up and Face Down orientations
