SmartClaim is compatible with eBaoTech® GeneralSystem Suite v3.4.1, which is the latest version of eBaoTech’s complete software solution for non-life (property & casualty) insurance carriers.
SmartClaim allows the policyholder to file a claim immediately when the information stays fresh. They can attach pictures from the camera roll or the photo library, map current location with GPS and exchange contact information with other drivers and the witnesses.
