The Stockholm congestion charge is a fee for motorists entering the city. Foreign motorists are exmpt from the charge.

There are 18 entry/exit points and the charge varies depending on what time you enter or leave the zone. The maximum daily charge is 60Kr and you have 5 days to pay with a fine of 630Kr for non payment.

Through traffic on the E4 motorway is also exempt.
