Traceroute
Traceroute shows the route to the target host using TCP packets. So you can track the route to the destination host. At the same time you can know the open/close status of the TCP port on the host. If the port is open, the target host label is shown by green color. If the port is closed, it is colored with red. The traceroute result will be saved into the SQLite database if you need.
The default port number is 80 (http) and the maximum TTL (Time-To-Live) is 30. You may set the port number and the TTL as your network environment. The Wait-Time to receive ICMP packets and the Timeout to send TCP packets are available in Settings View, too. See screenshots below.
When the popup window shows at launching time, the embedded database is ready for updating. You should tap the "YES" button if you want to update the database.
If you are a network engineer or a system administrator, this application will be very helpful to you.
