WakeUp MyVideo for the iPad is the first app that makes waking up early in the morning fun.
Instead of listening to the plain alarm sound like marimbo or xylofoon, I think you have heard them all by now.
So try WakeUp MyVideo, it let you set your favorite video as the alarm.
Can you imagine early in the morning, when your iPad goes off and you open your eyes to see....
your favorite video moment
the nicest wakeup message from your loved one, when your far far away
music clips or your own edited clips.
And there's more, with WakeUp MyVideo you can also set an online web video like YouTube video as the alarm. Can you imagine the unlimited possibilities?

How does the app work. You have to set the video first before setting the alarm time.

Own video:
*connect your iPad to iTunes
*go to programs in iTunes
*scroll down to the documents sharing section and locate WakeUp MyVideo
*copy your video to this folder (video has to be iPad supported file like mp4 or mov)
*start the app and select the MyVideo button
*select your video
*set the alarm time
*tap the SetAlarm button and your good to go
*a beep sound + a green symbol lower right will indicate that the alarm has been set

Video link (like youtube):
*Start by tapping on the WebVideo button
*Type in the web address to video (including http://)
*set the alarm time
*tap the SetAlarm button and your good to go
*a beep sound + a green symbol lower right will indicate that the alarm has been set

As an extra there's also the possibility to set your own background picture. A good way to use the iPad as a picture frame with the time showing.

There's also an easier way to get hold of the web address, this can be done by starting the youtube app and go to the video you want. Here you have to tap the share video button, this will launch the mail application. And now you just have to copy the address and paste this in the WebVideo menu.

Note you need a wifi or 3G connection when you set the WebVideo alarm.
