Ward List
Ward List allows LDS bishopric members and ward members access to ward information at any time. Simply export Membership, Organization, Visiting Teaching, and Home Teaching information from MLS and run the converter found at http://wardlist.teknonsys.com/WardList.jnlp (requires Java Web Start and an internet connection). Ward Clerks and Bishopric members can run the converter with just a few clicks.
Ward List now works with Stake files as well. Simply follow the same procedure for converting your exported files and Ward List will automatically detect that you are using Stake Files. Note that the Stake MLS does not have access to Home and Visiting Teaching data.
Ward List was designed primarily for Stake and Ward leadership and requires MLS access. For those without access to MLS, the church's LDS Tools app can be used. It should be noted, however, that Ward List provides additional data that is not found in LDS Tools and that is often useful to local leaders.
Features include:
Changes need only be uploaded once (with converter found above) and all ward members using Ward List automatically see the update*
View by household, calling, home / visiting teacher, or birthday
Set a restricted access password to allow ward members access to Ward List without giving access to sensitive information
Address Book syncing: When Ward List is updated, all contacts in the Ward List address book group can be replaced with Ward List contacts
*An internet connection (via iPhone cell phone network or WiFi) is required to receive the initial ward list and any updates that are posted
