Welcome
Welcome application for iPhone and iPod touch allows you to display all your favorites websites in the screen and see them at-a-glance with their little preview on multiple pages. Welcome works a bit as Top Sites in Safari.
You can add an unlimited number of websites in until 12 pages. Websites are editable and can be moved in all the pages simply by holding them few seconds and release them. Pages can be renamed, deleted without deleting the contained websites, and moved.
Welcome displays a little blue star on the top-right corner when the content of your website has changed since the last time you've launched Welcome. So, you can easily know what's new on the Internet. Websites can be opened with Safari or through the application.
With Welcome, you can open until 4 websites at the same time simply by shaking your device and check out at-a-glance all the news.
Welcome is also customizable to make your navigation more fun. You can choose between 3 default backgrounds or a personal photo.
Welcome allows you to share a website with a friend ! Just tap the info button of the website and tap share, then just send the e-mail to your friend. He will just have to tap on the link in the mail to save the website !
But Welcome offers a bookmark functionality for websites. Just put a special link (see Welcome website) on your website and when a visitor wants to add your website to Welcome, he will just have to tap the link to save your website in Welcome. In this link, you provide the website title, link, description, source code and the link to the preview image of your site.
We're currently working on an update which brings a backup option for your websites. Don't miss future updates !
** This the free version of Welcome which only allows you to add 3 websites and does not allow you to add new pages. To unlock the full version of Welcome, go in Settings (by tapping the top-left icon) and tap the "Tap to unlock" button.
