Snow Measure
* This application currently supports the United States and future, forecasted snow measurements. This is not meant for current snow measurements. *
Have you ever wanted to compare the forecasts on TV to digital forecast amounts of snow from the National Weather Service? Now you can! With this simple utility you can find out what the National Weather Service is forecasting using new numeric computer models to find out what a range of snow is falling between two time periods.
Each row in the table provided shows a different future time with an amount of snow that is predicted to fall by that time. This does not measure current snow amounts and the snow amounts do not get accumulated in the table. The table just serves as a time-series to snow fall comparison to help you be the forecaster.
This utility only works in the United States for future forecasted snow. This will not show current snow amounts, but future snow amounts. To find out current snow amounts while there is still forecasted snow take your current snow measurement and add the table up to your area's snow to get a general amount.
